RETURN POLICY
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your online purchase, we will gladly accept your return of unworn, unwashed, or defective merchandise for a refund or exchange. Merchandise may be returned within 30 days of delivery. Requests for refund of merchandise purchased online must be issued a Return Merchandise Authorization number (RMA) by emailing rtorders@roberttalbott.com or calling 1-833-762-3266 with order information. All returns or exchanges sent back require the RMA number and original receipt. Refunds will be made in the form of the original payment. Please allow 2-4 weeks from the time we receive your item to process your return. Your refund will be the full purchase price of the item.

SHIPPING POLICY
We can only ship within the US and Canada using FedEx as our preferred shipper. We cannot ship to PO boxes. If you need something special, please contact us. If an item is in-stock and the order is placed before 11AM PT, the item usually ships same day. If placed after 11AM and the item is in-stock, it usually ships the next business day.
